PRAX-IA Bridge

Legacy data workflow migration, reconciled to the last row.

Data migration to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Google Cloud for the workflows platform converters leave behind. Every migrated workflow is compared against the original, and a person signs off before anything is switched off.

What we migrate

The workflows your business actually runs on.

  • Desktop data-prep workflowsThe drag-and-drop workflows analysts built to clean, join and summarize data for finance, operations and planning.
  • Spreadsheet-based processesMonthly closes and reconciliations that live in linked spreadsheets and macros, with one person who knows how they work.
  • Legacy ETL and stored proceduresOlder integration jobs and database scripts that feed the reports everybody uses.

How it works

Legacy ETL modernization, one workflow at a time.

  1. InventoryWe read your legacy workflows and measure how many there are, what they touch and which ones matter.
  2. ConvertAI rebuilds each workflow as clear, versioned steps on the platform you choose.
  3. ReconcileSame inputs, same outputs: rows, columns, totals and checksums compared against the original.
  4. Cut overA person signs off, reports are reconnected and the old workflow is retired.

Target platforms

Your IT strategy picks the destination. Not us.

The method is the same on every platform. We recommend one only when you ask, with the running cost of each option.

Microsoft Fabric

A natural fit if you already run Microsoft 365, Azure and Power BI: ingestion, lakehouse, semantic models and reports in one place.

Databricks

When data science and machine learning sit at the center and you want notebooks and pipelines on an open lakehouse.

Snowflake

When many teams share data and you want storage and compute separated, with governed sharing across the business.

AWS

When your operations already live there: Glue, Step Functions and Redshift, or a lakehouse on S3.

Google Cloud

When your analytics already run on BigQuery and your teams work in Google Workspace.

What you get

Deliverables, not promises.

Everything lives in your cloud and your repositories.

  • An inventory of every legacy workflow, with owner, inputs, outputs, priority and complexity
  • Each workflow rebuilt as versioned, reviewable steps on the target platform
  • A reconciliation report per workflow: rows, columns, totals and checksums
  • Reports and dashboards reconnected to the new platform
  • A visual canvas where your team sees every workflow and requests changes in plain language
  • A retirement plan for the legacy tool, and your team trained to own the result

How to start

A fixed price first. Then batches.

Start here

Fixed-price assessment

An inventory of your legacy workflows plus a handful migrated and reconciled end to end on your target platform. You see the method working on your own data before committing to more.

  • Workflow inventory with priority and complexity
  • A few workflows migrated and reconciled
  • Target platform recommendation with running cost
  • A batch plan for the rest
Then

Migration in batches

The rest of the workflows move in batches, each one reconciled and signed off before the next. You always know what is done, what is next and what it costs.

  • Fixed scope per batch
  • Reconciliation report per workflow
  • Old and new run in parallel until sign-off
  • Your team trained to own the result

FAQ

PRAX-IA Bridge: what people ask.

Is this a code converter?

No. AI does the heavy lifting of rebuilding each workflow, but the product is the proof: every output is reconciled against the original, and a person on your team signs off before cutover.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on how many workflows you have and how complex they are. The fixed-price assessment gives you the inventory, a few workflows already migrated and reconciled, and a batch plan with dates before you commit to the rest.

Do we need to pick the platform first?

No. If you already have one, we use it. If you are deciding, the assessment includes a recommendation with the running cost of each option.

What happens to our reports?

They are reconnected to the new platform. Because every output was reconciled, figures don’t change without an explanation.

Who owns the result?

You do. The code lives in your cloud and your repositories, and your team is trained to run and change it.

Fixed-price assessment

See it working on your own workflows.

An inventory plus a few workflows migrated and reconciled on your target platform, before you commit to anything else.

In your words: which workflows or reports, roughly how many, and the platform you’re moving to.
