Information you give us
When you fill in the contact form you give us your name, your work email, your company, your role, a description of what you need and a range of how many people use those workflows. We use it for one thing only: to reply to you and, if it makes sense, to prepare the conversation. We do not sell it, trade it or use it to send you marketing you didn’t ask for.
Your message reaches our inbox and is kept while the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, in case you pick it back up. The network address the form is sent from is stored in hashed form for two hours, only to stop automated submissions.
Information the site collects
This site does not use advertising cookies, trackers or analytics tools today. If we ever add audience measurement, this policy will be updated first. The site is served from Amazon Web Services infrastructure, which logs requests to operate and protect the service.
Who processes it
The form and our email run on Amazon Web Services. Your information is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop using it, by writing to hola@prax-ia.mx. We answer within 20 business days. We do not sell personal information.

If we change this policy, the new version is published here with its date. Last updated: October 27, 2026.
